FAQ & POLICIES


CAMP

  • Drop-off / Pick-up: Arrival is between 8:55 and 9:10am, pick up is 11:50-12:00pm. Please have an adult walk your child to the entrance for sign in / pick up. We will need a name and phone number for an emergency contact each day.

  • Comfy clothing or dancewear that you don't mind getting a little messy! For shoes - ballet or jazz shoes and tap shoes if you have them, otherwise grippy socks and clean sneakers are appropriate. We have a borrow bin of shoes that dancers may use for the week.

  • Dance shoes, a water bottle labeled with your child's name and a small snack. ALL SNACKS MUST BE PEANUT-FREE. You may also want to pack a change of clothes just in case and an old t-shirt for a smock.

  • When dancers arrve, they will have time to settle in at their assigned spot in the lobby. They can color and get their dance shoes on. The group is divided up by age groups and rotate through different activities such as: dance, crafts, and games. There is a snack break for all dancers midway through the camp day.

 

DANCE AND PLAY PARTIES

  • Arrival is between 9:25 and 9:35pm, pick up is 11:25-11:35am. Please have an adult walk the dancer to the entrance for sign in / pick up.

  • Comfy clothing or dancewear that you don't mind getting a little messy as we will be doing a craft that may include paint / glue / markers. For shoes - ballet or jazz shoes if they have them, otherwise grippy socks, bare feet or clean sneakers are appropriate.

  • Dance shoes (or socks/sneakers) and a water bottle labeled with your child's name. You may also want to pack a change of clothes just in case. No food is permitted.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Participants must notify us of their cancellation in writing or via email to initiate the refund or credit process.

  • Participants who cancel their enrollment before June 1st will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Participants who cancel their enrollment after June 1st but before the week of the camp will receive an account credit equivalent to the tuition paid. This credit can be used towards future camps or other services offered by the studio.

  • In the event of cancellation during the week before the camp begins, participants will have the option to transfer their enrollment to another available camp session within the same season, subject to availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations during this period.

  • In cases of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of the camp administration.
